Kicks, bans and moderator feedback
If you were kicked or banned and think it was a mistake, contact the 808 Teens team with your username, the approximate time and what happened. Please be honest and polite — appeals are reviewed by an admin, not the moderator involved. You can also use the same form to tell us about a moderator who did a great job.
Suggestions and feedback
Ideas for new rooms, games or features are welcome. Send them through the contact page.
Technical support
Most problems are fixed by refreshing the page, updating your browser or clearing the site's cookies. The help guide covers common issues. If something still doesn't work, tell us which device and browser you use.
Staying safe
Never share your address, school, phone number or photos with someone you met in chat. If anyone makes you uncomfortable, block and report them and tell an adult you trust. Read the full chat safety guide.
