Account Login and Registration Issues

Hello, I'm trying to log in to my account and it keeps telling me there is no account with the email I'm using; then u go to register with that same email and it says an account with the email already exists. The email is was trying to use was this

Joshuahezeki@gmail.com

If you're asking why don't I reset my passwaord, it's because it keeps saying there is no account with my email then I try to register and it says there is already an account.
